1. Acceptance of Terms

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting 0kada Casino customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
